The long awaited opening of the South End’s D4 Condominium is upon us with closings set to begin next week. This 25 unit, luxury, boutique building with interiors designed by the renowned Philippe Starck of Yoo Ltd. will be known for its grand winter garden, a 4 story green oasis in the middle of the 1931 Georgian Revival brick building, formerly the Area D Boston Police Department building at the corners of Warren Avenue and Berkeley Street and Gray Street.

The Boston Fire Department delayed the opening for months while modifications and testing was conduction on the smoke evacuation system. The have now gotten their Certificate of Occupancy and we will see the moving trucks arrive shortly.

Located directly behind the Atelier 505, the Boston Center for the Arts, and the shockingly hot Restaurant Row in the South End, this building will be a welcome addition to the luxury inventory in Boston. 8 Units remain available right now.
